Murraya Kelley

Murraya Kelley is currently elected as the President of the Board of Directors of LovingYourself.Org.

Murraya Kelley is a dedicated Social Worker and the Director of a Domestic Violence Emergency Shelter, a leading domestic violence refuge that provides safety, support, and resources to individuals and families escaping abusive environments. Murraya has devoted her career to advocating for the rights and well-being of those impacted by domestic violence.

Murraya earned her Master’s in Social Work from Touro University and began her career as a front-line advocate for domestic violence victims. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to social justice propelled her into various leadership roles, culminating in her current position as the Director of an Emergency Shelter.

Murraya has been instrumental in launching outreach initiatives that educate the community about domestic violence and the resources available for prevention and recovery.
Murraya is known for her empathetic leadership style and her unwavering commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for survivors.

Her advocacy work extends beyond the shelter as she regularly collaborates with local, state, and national policymakers to push for changes that protect and empower victims of domestic violence.

Her efforts have not only transformed countless lives but have also raised awareness about domestic violence, challenging the stigma and encouraging open conversations about this critical issue.

Murray’a continues to be a beacon of hope and a pillar of strength for the many individuals and families whose lives have been touched by her work. She believes strongly in the power of community and resilience and is committed to a vision of a world free of violence and full of opportunity for all.
